ONLINE APPLICATION FOR STUDENTS NOT TAKING REQUIRED COURSES, OR HAVING WAIVED COURSES THAT ARE NOT YET DELETED (MUST HAVE DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR’S APPROVAL)
For students who initially planned to go to campus on Friday, May 21 to deal with the deletion of required courses, and the deletion of waived courses (must have department director’s approval), due to Covid-19 pandemic, all applications must be completed using e-form.
The online application period is open from today through 23:59pm on Wednesday, May 19. The results will be available after Monday, May 24.
Procedures: Academic Affairs Division will collect all applications and then submit them to each department for further examination. The courses, as requested, will be deleted after confirmation.
